Back on the road. In Alice this time
Well, it has been some time since we have made a post on here. To bring you up to speed we have 98% completed the bus build that we have named Alice. We are on all social media outlets as Alice_the_skoolie. We have more about the build and some detailed videos available on TikTok.

With Alice mostly complete making her very livable, we have given up our apartment. Living in Alice full time for over two months now. We have officially left our home state of New York chasing the sun. We have many festivals of all kinds planned for the winter months. We hope you follow along for the journey.

We have found that many people who live in skoolies or RV's and travel alot tend to stay on the highways and sleep in Walmart parking lots everywhere they go. Now I do see the convinces in this, I must say I prefer open winding roads over rolling hills through the countryside and a stop at a beautiful Riverside park for the night. Something about a busy well lit parking lot of an establishment I try to avoid use of is much less appealing.

We attempted to get some driving time lapse footage today but my windshield was a bit dirty from all the rain up north, rendering the footage blurry and unfocused. So we have just a few photos to start off. I'll work on videos and making more content for the future days to come.
Our first night out on the road was spent at a riverside park in central, PA. The park was peaceful when we arrived just before sunset, with a few locals sitting by the water. We quickly parked the bus and took sunshine for a walk along the river as the sun lowered behind the hills. The sleep was peaceful, the area was quiet.
We woke up to start the day with the sun shining bright as we ate our hot and cold cereal breakfast. After a morning walk and a good stretch we hit the road south to find home for the night.
Check back often for updates. Thanks for tuning in.
What a wonderful start to an amazing journey, I am sure. Safe travels😘
